Saudi Kawader is looking for an experienced Office Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Organize orientation and training of new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in an office management role.
