Tasks and Requirements:
As an Executive Assistant/Secretary, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing the executive’s calendar and schedule

- Preparing presentations and reports
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Providing administrative support to the executive
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Arabic (preferred)
