Saudi Kawader is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage and coordinate the various aspects of a construction project.
Tasks and Requirements:
- Manage and coordinate the various aspects of a construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and track project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices
- Experience with project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
