Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- [1-3] years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English.
