Saudi Kawader is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time Secretaries. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
What you’ll do:
- Manage phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for assigned staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Provide general administrative support as required.
What you bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
