What you’ll do (duties may vary by specific role):
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain safety documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role (experience in the relevant industry a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
