Saudi Kawader, a leading company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analyzing cost estimates for various construction projects
- Evaluating bids and proposals from contractors
- Managing project budgets and identifying cost variances
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of construction contracts
- Processing and evaluating contractor claims
- Maintaining accurate and detailed project records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations and contracting procedures
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in quantity surveying software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English language skills are a plus
