Position: Staff Nurse (Male/Female)
Location: Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Jeddah
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, implement, assess, and document nursing care for patients according to organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to clinical standards.
- Measure health outcomes against patient care goals and standards.
- Make necessary adjustments or recommendations and follow hospital and nursing department philosophies and standards.
- Provide comprehensive, safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve specific health outcomes and promote a healing environment.
- Prepare rooms, tools, equipment, and sterilized supplies and ensure maintenance of supply inventory.
- Provide high-level communication skills.
- Refer and coordinate patient discharge arrangements with the case manager according to DSFH discharge policy.
- Implement other quality improvement responsibilities as delegated from time to time by the nursing manager.
- Establish partnerships with patients and families to identify goals and plans for patient-centered care.
- Perform duties in accordance with the code of conduct requirements and ethical standards as outlined in human resources management policies and guidelines.
