We are currently seeking a General Accountant to join our team at Endress+Hauser in Dammam.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor current accounts, both payable and receivable
- Balance settlements with customers
- Collect debts and exchange information related to customers
- Request and verify bank guarantees
- Allocate and reserve incoming and outgoing bank payments
- Manage key data for accounts receivable
- End-of-month, mid-year, and end-of-year tasks related to accounts receivable
- Close the financial month
- End-of-month financial reports
- Jointly responsible for closing and preparing semi-annual and annual financial reports
- Jointly responsible for budgeting and report preparation
- Develop and improve accounting processes in general
- Implement IT projects
- Various representations within the accounting department
- Responsible for accounts payable and fixed assets
- Responsible for inventory accounting and inter-company reconciliation
- Responsible for bank reconciliation, deposits, and recording
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
- Experience with SAP FICO and Excel skills
