Saudi Kawader is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company by analyzing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in running a finance team
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
