Saudi Kawader is looking for a highly motivated and experienced shop supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees.
Tasks and Requirements:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and develop employees
- Create and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Monitor financial performance and ensure that the shop is profitable
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
