Saudi Kawader is searching for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Call Center team! In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products and services (depending on the department).
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions and track customer progress.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

What you bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (a plus).
  • Previous call center experience (preferred).
