Saudi Kawader is looking for driven and customer-focused individuals to join our thriving Customer Service team! In this role, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Build rapport and develop trusting relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Process customer transactions and ensure accurate information.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

What you bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions.
  • A genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred).
