Are you a skilled and experienced PMO specialist who can provide hands-on support for division and project managers? Do you have a strong knowledge of project management methods and standards? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for a SPECIALIST, PMO to join our team and manage all PMO aspects in the division, such as cost, claim, quality assurance, document management, reporting and KPI. You will also be involved with managing knowledge to help promote the division, project management methods and standards, and the best practices across the organization.
As a SPECIALIST, PMO, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting division and project managers in planning, executing and controlling projects
- Monitoring project progress and performance and providing regular reports to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, schedule and quality standards
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues related to projects
- Developing and maintaining project documentation and records
- Implementing and improving PMO processes, tools and templates
- Conducting audits and reviews on projects
- Providing training and coaching on project management methodologies
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in PMO roles
- A proven track record of managing complex projects within time, cost and quality parameters
- A strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification is preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
