We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing software company in Riyadh. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with clients and partners, and increasing our market share and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
