What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Build rapport and develop trusting relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process customer transactions and ensure accurate information.
- Proactively address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
What you bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions.
- A genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (a plus).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
